Fitzgerald Fishing 6" Split Ring Pliers

I’ve used them for about 5 months now on Spanish Mackerel, jack crevalle, trout, bull reds, and big snook, they hold up great and have never had any trouble unhooking anything. The cutters on the pliers cut through #50 braid and #50 mono like a hot knife through butter. The only rust I’ve noticed is in the mouth of the pliers where it grabs hooks, and I’m 99.9% sure the rust is from old hooks I’ve grabbed anyways. The handles are comfortable, and even when wet they don’t feel like they’ll slip out of my hands. Actually just ordered a second pair for my buddy to use. 10/10 product.

Great pliers for the price! Most at this price point have difficulty cutting thin flouro, mono and braid. Not the case with these cut 4lb flouro and 10lb braid with ease. The cutters align perfectly and have not had any problem with them. Would recommend to anyone looking for mulitpurpose pliers.
