Techniques: Hydrilla/Grass Flippin' designed specifically for flippin' hydrilla and vertically growing grass. This rod is great for flipping and pitching 3/4oz-1.5oz. This rod loads perfectly so that you don’t pull the bait from the fish to early. When flipping hydrilla or grass you need a rod that is light and nimble yet powerful once you set the hook in order to get them out of the thick stuff. This is the same rod Trevor Fitzgerald used to win the 2010 Bassmaster Open on Lake Seminole when he flipped all 3 days for the win.

This rod is a animal!! It has awesome back bone and perfect tip!! Best rod on the market for pulling this bucket mouths out these Florida mats!
Just got done with my 3rd trip using the Hydrilla rod. Have been very impressed. Very well balanced and great parabolic action from such a heavy duty rod. Will not take the place of my Titan's but fills a niche on my deck and hopefully will continue to get frequent workouts from bass in the grass!!
My first initial thoughts in this rod was that it is light yet very powerful. Boy was I right this is the rod for anyone that loves to get buried up in 12' of thick milfoil. I can rip out a 4-5 pounder no problem with this rod. Yet it has a soft enough tip to keep them pinned.
I've always had problems with rods breaking but this thing is solid and still very sensitive
Light enough to fish all day. Strong enough to pull those largemouth out of water chestnut.
Light, durable, and tough enough to get the giants out of the thickest vegetation!
and I've owned a pile of them. They are bulletproof tough and the action is perfect to keep a fish buttoned in the thickest stuff on the lake.
